Check-in time: From 14:00 hours.
Departure times: Before 11:00 am.
The time of arrival must be confirmed by e-mail or telephone in order to arrange the handing over of the keys.

Each flat is equipped with towels and bed linen, cutlery, crockery, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, as well as a range of basic necessities. It also has a TV and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

For stays of at least one week, we clean the flat weekly and change the sheets and towels free of charge.

For stays of less than a week we will clean and change the sheets and towels when required (with charge).

Free of charge! 1 child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

1 child over this age or adult can be accommodated in an extra bed for an extra charge per person per night.
Maximum number of extra beds/cots in the room: 1.

Extra beds and/or cots are available on request and must be confirmed by APARTAMENTOS JURRAMENDI.

By booking through our website, we guarantee you the best price. In a couple of minutes you will have made your booking and received your confirmation. If you prefer, you can call us by phone or send us an e-mail.
Payment in advance is not required, but is made at the time of check-in.

Credit card details are only used to confirm the booking and will only be charged if the cancellation policy is breached.

If you cancel or modify your booking up to 10 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made.
If you cancel or modify your booking after the deadline, 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

  • Regular cleaning of the flat. For stays of more than 7 days it is done weekly (included in the price). For stays of less than 7 days it is done at the request of the client (with charge).
  • Change of sheets and towels. For stays of more than 7 days it is done weekly (included in the price). For stays of less than 7 days it is done at the request of the client (with charge).
  • Réception et garde des bagages. Si vous êtes sur le Camino de Santiago, nous offrons le service de réception, garde et livraison des bagages. Nous collaborons avec la plupart des entreprises de transport de bagages (Jacotrans, Camino Fácil, Nunca Caminareis Solo, Correos, Antzin Mochileros, etc.) À votre arrivée, nous nous serons occupés de vos bagages et ils seront à votre disposition.
  • Laundry service. If you require a professional laundry service, we will take care of it (for a fee).
  • Informations touristiques et réservation d'activités. Nous offrons des informations touristiques sur la région et nous vous aidons à réserver des activités touristiques.
    Transport: If you need transport, we can arrange the service with different companies in the area.
